WC Theatre to present 'Five Women Wearing the Same Dress'

Wilmington College Theatre will present Alan Ball’s comedy, “Five Women Wearing the Same Dress,” Feb. 25, 26 and 27, at 7:30 p.m. in Hugh G. Heiland Theatre, Boyd Cultural Arts Center.

During an ostentatious wedding reception at a Knoxville, Tenn., estate, five reluctant, identically clad bridesmaids hide out in an upstairs bedroom. As the afternoon wears on, these five very different women joyously discover a common bond in this wickedly funny, irreverent and touching celebration of the women's spirit.

Directed by Wynn Alexander, the cast features Theresa Knopf as Meredith, Keni Brown as Trisha, Genesis Rocks as Georgeanne, Jessica Fair as Frances, Emily Knisley as Mindy and Nick Hutson as Tripp.
