Southern State announces summer quarter honors lists

Southern State Community College has released its president's and dean's list for academic excellence for the summer quarter. To be eligible for the president's list, a student must maintain a 4.0 grade point average while carrying a minimum of 12 academic credit hours. Those who achieve the dean's list are also full-time students who have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0.

 

Named to the president's list from Adams County are: Stacey Stephenson from Blue Creek; Anthony Gilpin from Seaman; Michael Neu, Tamra Palmer and Garland Purcell, all from West Union; and Kelly Griffith from Winchester. Named to the dean's list are: Sarah Myers from Georgetown; Heather Bush from Manchester; Brooklyn McDaniels from Peebles; Ann Holbrook from Seaman; and Theresa Myers from West Union.

 

Named to the president's list from Brown County are: Amy Sanders and Terri Wagner, both from Hamersville; Timothy Lewis and Ruby McKee, both from Mt. Orab; Aaron Krentz from Ripley; John-Ryan Hiser, Bryan McCann and Stephanie Weddle, all from Sardinia; and Linda Fox, Julia MacDowell and Philip Paeltz, all from Winchester. Named to the dean's list are: Ronald Gast, Melissa Planck and Josette Warner, all from Georgetown; Ashley Moore from Mt. Orab; Caleb Meyer from Russellville; Cassie Rose from Sardinia; and Douglas Creech Jr. from Winchester.

 

Named to the president's list from Clark County is: Elise Brown from South Solon.
