Hillsboro Elementary pupil wins RPHF Solid Waste District billboard contest

Aaliyah Conway, a fifth-grader at Hillsboro Elementary in Mrs. Boysel's class, is the winner of the Ross-Pickaway-Highland-Fayette Solid Waste District billboard contest.

The billboard location is at Route 138 and Route 28, the billboard is viewable the month of April.
