SATH would like to express our sincere appreciation to the students and staff at East Clinton Schools. The East Clinton Middle School raised a total of $809.50 for KAMP Dovetail.

The fundraiser kicked off in March with a presentation from Linda Allen, director of KAMP Dovetail, explaining the program and the people it serves. Students received information about the camp, along with how to become a volunteer and a calendar of events.

The fundraiser was dubbed “Coins for KAMP Dovetail.” It was a competition among the six houses of East Clinton Middle School  (Artemis, Enterprise, Discovery, Atlantis, Apollo and Endeavor). Students placed coins, bills and checks into their corresponding “house containers.” Students, staff and community members contributed to the fundraiser, which ran from March 24 to April 15.

House Discovery was the winner, raising $293.98. Congratulations to all the students for helping raise funds for scholarships for 20 campers.
