Lady 'Cats earn 2nd win, defeat Felicity

For the second time this season, the Whiteoak Lady Wildcats were victorious when the final buzzer sounder, this time gaining a 47-39 win over Felicity.
The win wraps up the regular season schedule for the Lady 'Cats, as they finish with a 2-18 overall mark.
As for their game against Felicity, the Lady 'Cats opened the first frame with a 16-10 lead, but allowed 15 points in the second frame, while scoring just six points of their own.
At the half, WHS trailed 25-22.

For the final eight minutes, the Lady 'Cats rallied, took the lead and the win by outscoring Felicity 19-8.
Brittany Luman led WHS with a career-high 17 points, as she was 7-of-10 from the free-throw line. She also earned a double-double with 12 rebounds.
Jessie Gilliland followed with 15 points, and Amber Gorman scored eight points, while grabbing eight rebounds.
Marissa Bohl collected 14 rebounds, while scoring five points. Also scoring for WHS was Clarissa Johnson with two points and four assists.
The next game for WHS will be a postseason game on Monday, Feb. 13, as No 8 seeded Western Latham will face No. 9 seeded Whiteoak at Northwest High School at 6:15 p.m.
