Tigers, Lady Tigers compete in recent soccer matches

The McClain boys soccer team moved to 1-2-1 overall following two recent games, while the Lady Tigers are now 1-1 overall after their first two games of the 2023 season.

For the Lady Tigers, on Saturday Aug. 26, they defeated the Logan Elm Lady Braves by a 5-0 score.

Paisley Pryor had a hat trick for MHS, and Addison Olaker scored two goals in the win.

On Tuesday, Aug. 29, MHS lost to the Jackson Ironladies in Frontier Athletic Conference action by a 3-0 score.

The McClain boys soccer team lost on Tuesday to the Jackson Ironmen by a 3-0 score, Before that, on Saturday, MHS tied Logan Elm by a 2-2 score, with goals scored by Seth Weller and Brice Graham.

Next for the Tigers and Lady Tigers are away FAC games on Thursday, Aug. 31 at Miami Trace. with the boys at 5 p.m. and girls at 7 p.m.
