Exactly six months ago, the Biden-Harris Administration’s EPA announced its overreaching and unrealistic vehicle tailpipe emissions rule, which is essentially a de facto ban on the sale of gas-powered and traditional hybrid vehicles, forcing automakers to produce and sell more electric vehicles (EVs). This tone-deaf rule was just another attempt by the Biden-Harris Administration to cater to extreme climate activists.

Unimaginable things are unfolding across the country because of the Biden Administration’s disastrous open border policies. Every single day, thousands of illegal aliens, violent criminals and deadly drugs are pouring into our communities, compromising our national security further and further with each moment that passes.

I am particularly grateful for time with loved ones to rejoice in the overwhelming peace of the Lord and the promise of new life through Jesus Christ.

Free and fair elections are fundamental to our system of government.  Americans should be able to cast their ballot with complete confidence that their vote counts and that our elections are transparent and a model for democracy around the world.

Our country’s leaders cannot continue to disregard this crisis. The delusion must end; our country needs border policies that put Americans first – that’s precisely what the Secure the Border Act does. Border Security is national security, and it’s time for Secretary Mayorkas, President Biden, and far-left Democrats to wake up and follow House Republicans’ lead.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) announced a rule to ban cost-effective lead ammunition and tackle in eight national wildlife refuges. This is arguably a broad attack on hunting and fishing. The USFWS rule, which lacks scientific backing, increases costs for sportsmen and women for traditional ammo and tackle that would otherwise be cost-effective.

When veterans who risked their lives in service to our country visit a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility to receive the care, benefits and services they earned, they should not have to face political ideations and influence before they even walk through the front door. The VA, which is supposed to be apolitical, is meant to provide healthcare, education, benefits and other vital services to our nation’s veterans, not push any outside political agendas. 

Fentanyl does not care if you’re young or old, healthy or unhealthy, a Republican or Democrat; it’s an incredibly lethal substance.

House Republicans have made it very clear that veterans’ benefits, defense spending, Medicare and Social Security are not on the chopping block when it comes to debt ceiling negotiations. We’ve always prioritized veterans in our budgets to ensure that the men and women who have served our country have access to the care and benefits they deserve.

The Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023 has passed out of the House, and now the ball is in the Senate’s court. House Republicans have proven we are serious about getting our country back on track. It’s time for Senate Democrats and President Biden to follow suit.

This should not be a partisan issue. Anyone who has taken a biology class knows that this is basic science. Genetics tells us that biological men will naturally have a physical advantage over some women. Allowing biological men to compete in women’s sports destroys the level playing field women fought so hard to get in the first place.
