Rhodes Manufacturing, LLC, in collaboration with JobsOhio, Ohio Southeast Economic Development, and Perry County Economic Development, announced the expansion of its Somerset facility, creating 21 new jobs.

Schmelzer Industries, in conjunction with JobsOhio and Ohio Southeast Economic Development (OhioSE), Friday announced it will invest more than $850,000 in its Perry County facility, creating four new jobs.

A Junction City, Ohio man pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court recently to sexually exploiting minors and possessing child pornography.

State Senator Shane Wilkin (R-Hillsboro) Monday announced that Perry County is receiving a $1.1 million grant to rehabilitate 10 owner-occupied homes and repair 12 owner-occupied homes and four rental homes.
