OU’s Wiglusz signs with LA Rams as an undrafted free agent

Ohio University football alumnus Sam Wiglusz signed with the Los Angeles Rams April 27 as an undrafted free agent.
Wiglusz (Brecksville, Ohio) quickly became a staple among the Bobcat offense, playing in 26 games since he came to Athens in 2022. During the 2023 season, he started in 12 games, leading the receivers in receptions (56) and yards (660). Wiglusz earned First-Team All-MAC Offense accolades twice and made Academic All-America Second Team in 2022.
Prior to Ohio, Wiglusz played in 13 games for Ohio State, earning Academic All-Big 10 in 2021. He came to Ohio State by way of Brecksville High School, where he earned three letters and captained the 2017 team. While in high school, Wiglusz was named Second Team All-Ohio, a Cleveland.com All-Star and set the school record for yards in a single season in 2017 (1,432). He also lettered in baseball, basketball and track.
