Whiteoak has road losses against Manchester, Fayetteville

The Whiteoak Lady Wildcats recently had two road losses in Southern Hills Athletic Conference play by falling to the Manchester Lady Greyhounds (May 6) and Fayetteville Lady Rockets (May 10).
On Tuesday, May 6, Whiteoak lost by a 16-0 score to Manchester, as MHS scored four runs in the bottom of the first, followed by eight runs in the second, one run in the third and four runs in the fourth inning as the Lady Greyhounds totaled eight hits and no errors.
For Whiteoak, the positive for them was they ended the game with two hits and collected a steal.
Oakley Engle ended the game at 1-for-2 with a steal. Charli Hauke finished 1-for-2, as she hit a double.

On Saturday, May 10 at Fayetteville, the Lady ’Cats lost to the host Lady Rockets, 10-0.
Fayetteville scored one run in the bottom of the first, followed by two runs each in the second, third and fourth innings. In the bottom of the fifth, the Lady Rockets ended the game with three final runs.
Whiteoak’s Addy Hauke had their lone hit in the SHAC contest, finishing 1-for-2.
WHS now stands at 2-12 this season and is 2-8 in the SHAC Division II standings.
