The Clark County Relay for Life's Team Powder Power will be hosting a prom dress and tuxedo silent auction fundraiser on March 20, 2010 at the Hillsboro High School Cafeteria.
Team Powder Power is doing this fundraiser in order to raise money for Relay For Life and at the same time provide gently used prom dresses and tuxedo rentals to an area hit hard by massive layoffs. Our goal is to provide area teens with prom attire and raise money for the American Cancer Society.
We will have gently used prom dresses and tuxedo rentals available for a silent auction. We will also have various prizes (which are still being collected) that will be raffled. There will also be a grand prize raffle.
Although we are raising money for the Clark Co. Relay for Life chapter, we plan on making a donation to the Hillsboro and Wilmington chapters to honor all of the donations we received from these communities.
