Premier Showmen 4-H Club attends Ohio Beef Youth Day

Premier Showmen 4-H Club members attended the Ohio Beef Youth Day in May at the Ohio State University Columbus Campus and the Wooster ATI campus. 

These members learned about the beef industry, meat science, carcass evaluation, nutrition, animal selection and herd management. 

The day was spent growing their individual knowledge about beef and gaining connections with the youth in Ohio.
