Lynchburg will host the bicycle riders participating in the 24th annual Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure (GOBA) for lunch on Saturday, June 23.

The Lynchburg Lunch Stop will begin early, with the first rider expected to stop before 8 a.m. The majority of the riders are expected to be in Lynchburg between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

It is anticipated that approximately 1,500 riders will be served lunch at the Ruth Cramton Park, near the covered bridge.

The event is being organized by local volunteers and members of the Lynchburg-Clay Athletic Boosters.

Proceeds from the event will be used by the Boosters to continue their support of the student athletes in the Lynchburg-Clay schools.

The Lynchburg community has really stepped up to help the Boosters with this event by donating items and/or their time toward making this a success.

Everyone is invited to come out and take part.
