Honor Guard, SOAR Chapter to place wreath to honor POW MIA Day Sept. 19

The Highland County Veterans Honor Guard and the Sons of the American Revolution Highlander Chapter will be placing a wreath at the corner of the Highland County Courthouse Friday, Sept. 19 at noon to honor POW MIA Day. 

The public is invited.
