Homeland Credit Union launches 'Dream Home Mortgage' to expand homeownership opportunities
Homeland Credit Union is excited to announce the launch of its newest mortgage product, Dream Home Mortgage, designed to provide flexible and accessible financing solutions for qualified borrowers throughout the communities it serves.
This new offering reflects Homeland Credit Union’s continued commitment to helping members achieve their homeownership goals with competitive options and personalized service. The Dream Home Mortgage product offers no down payment and no private mortgage insurance for qualified borrowers.
“We are thrilled to introduce this new mortgage product as part of our ongoing effort to meet the evolving needs of our members,” said Mishion Payne, VP of Lending at Homeland Credit Union. “Homeownership is one of the most important financial milestones, and we’re excited to provide a solution that makes the process more accessible and affordable for our community.”
The Dream Home product is available to qualified borrowers and offers terms of up to 30 years, no down payment, and no private mortgage insurance, giving members greater flexibility in managing their home financing.

Homeland Credit Union is a community chartered financial, cooperative owned and organized by its membership. Anyone living, working, attending school, or worshiping in Ross, Pickaway, Fayette, Highland, Pike, Jackson, Vinton, Hocking, or Fairfield Counties are eligible to join.
