Highland County Firefighters Association mum sale Sept. 12-13

The Highland County Firefighters Association will be having a mum sale Friday, Sept. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Paint Creek firehouse in Hillsboro, 204 N. East St., and again on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 9 a.m. until sold out.  

They will be offering a 9-inch potted mum for just $15. Proceeds from this sale will go toward needed equipment for the recently purchased fire safety, walk-thru inflatable, and Safety Day. They will be taking cash or credit cards.
