Greenfield community yard sale set for June 8-9

Greenfield will be holding a two-day Community-Wide Yard Sale event on June 8 and 9. Yard sales will be held at individual residences across the village. The hours are from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on both days.
A web application that is usable on PCs, laptops and smartphones will be available to shoppers, mapping out the sales and allowing them to narrow sales by merchandise being sold. Residents of Greenfield can register their yard sale to have it added to the application.
Community walks in support and preparation of the event are being scheduled.
The business community is invited to participate with sidewalk sales, discounts, opening their restroom facilities to shoppers and sponsoring "Park and Shop" locations to cut down on traffic congestion.
All shoppers are invited downtown for lunchtime entertainment with local musicians while enjoying local food and refreshments.
