Fur, Feathers and Friends 4-H Club elects new officers

The Fur, Feathers and Friends 4-H Club held its second regular meeting on Tuesday, March 6 at Bright Elementary. The meeting was opened by President Stephen Anderson. Roll call was taken, and reports were read. The club welcomed special guest Nikki Eyre who spoke about demonstrations and 4-H camp.

Officer elections then took place. Elected were the following: president, Micaela Countryman; vice-president, Rachel Archibald; secretary, Kylie Allen; treasurer, Caitlyn Vaughn; and news reporter, Jacob Campbell.

New business and old business were discussed. Campbell did a demonstration about mini rex rabbits, and the meeting was adjourned.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, April 3 at 7 p.m. at Bright Elementary.
