Christmas at the Cabin opens for the 30th season

Can it possibly be that long ago that Janny and Boonie Brizius first opened their log cabin on the Cave Road for a craft show that came to be known as Christmas at the Cabin? That first year it was for one weekend, and immediately was so well received that the next year they held the event for two weekends--and so forth and so on, until now after today the cabin will remain open as a holiday shop daily ( except Mondays) through December 20, and some folks say they haven't had their Christmas without at least one visit to Christmas at the Cabin! The Cabin is stocked from floor to rafters with all hand-crafted wares from artisans from across the USA. Janny reports that she has sooo many new artisans this year that the Cabin has taken on a completely different look! ( Lots of old favorites, too, though for those of you who are old- time "Cabin Regulars.") Folks who are new to "The Cabin" will find it tucked away on the Cave Road, just off of U.S. Route 50, midway between Hillsboro and Chillicothe and 4 miles west of Bainbridge. Call Janny at (937) 365-1388 for more specific directions from your particular neck of the woods! Hours at the Cabin are: Tuesday thru Saturday 10am- 5pm.
