Lovett, a financial management technician, has served in the military for four years.
He is the nephew of Shirley Showkwiler of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Oleta Wagoner of Hillsboro, Ohio.
The major graduated in 1999 from McClain High School, Greenfield, Ohio, and received a bachelor's degree in 2005 from Ohio University, Athens.
