Abbott addresses Hillsboro Woman's Club at June meeting

The Hillsboro Woman’s Club met Tuesday, June 11 at the Masonic Building on North High Street.

Hillsboro Safety and Service Director Brianne Abbott presented a program on upcoming and ongoing improvements being made in the city, including the Crossroads Park on West Main Street, which is being funded by a $5.2 million grant.

The meeting concluded with a ceremonial passing of the gavel from outgoing president Virginia Purdy to newly elected president Jane Stowers.
