4-H clothing construction help sessions to be held June 23, July 7

There will be clothing construction help sessions for 4-H members on Wednesday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, and Wednesday, July 7, 2010, from 7-9 p.m. in the basement meeting room of the Highland County Administration Building. Master Clothing Specialists, Diane Keltner, Kathy Keltner, and Edith Heaton will be available to answer questions and help solve clothing construction problems. Whether it is fabric or pattern choice, sewing techniques, fitting, or the total look, this is an opportunity to gain the expertise of very qualified clothing specialists.
There will also be a workshop to help prepare for the Sewing Challenge Contest which is held during the Highland County Fair. This workshop will be on Thursday, August 26, 2010, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the basement meeting room of the Highland County Administration Building.
