Ohio State Highway Patrol investigating after motorcyclist crashes into Sharonville building

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a one-vehicle motorcycle fatality that occurred on US 42 north of Reading Road in the city of Sharonville.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 1983 Harley Davidson was being driven southbound on US 42 approaching the intersection of Reading Road. The motorcycle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a building at 11262 Reading Road.

The momentum of the motorcycle was enough to penetrate the wall and come to final rest inside the business. There were no occupants in the business at the time of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation, and the identity of the driver is not being released at this time.

The operator of the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
