Wendy E. Treadway, 34, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at her residence.

She was born in Wilmington on Feb. 25, 1977, the daughter of David Hughes and Eva Gall.

She was attending Southern State Community College.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Eva and Andrew Elkins of Hillsboro; father and stepmother, David and Linda Hughes of New Vienna; three daughters, Jamie Treadway, Jordan Treadway and Jenna Treadway, all at home; two brothers, Andrew Elkins of Reynoldsburg and Jeffrey Elkins of Hillsboro; five sisters, Karie Elkins of Middletown, Tammy King of New Vienna, Teresa Baker of New Vienna, Dava Riehle of Lynchburg, and Misty Hamilton of New Vienna; and other special children, Lora Gall, Jevin Stodgel and Carissa Weisenberger.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2011 at the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Richard Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnes Cemetery.

Friends may call on Monday from 1 p.m. till time of service at 3 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
