Wanda Irene Legg, 86, of Greenfield, formerly of Latham, died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Hearth & Care of Greenfield.
She was born Dec. 13, 1924 in Pike County, the daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth (Massie) Leeth.
She was a homemaker and a 1944 graduate of the Western High School of Latham.
She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Beekman of Latham and Evalena Woods of Greenfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Legg, who died in November 1969; two brothers, Homer Leeth and Clarence "Jack" Leeth; and one sister, Hazel Leeth.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 16 at the Gardner Cemetery in Waverly with Rev. Glen Hilterbran officiating. There will be no visitation observed.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home of Greenfield is serving the family.
