Vicki Rough, 57, of Sardinia, died Saturday afternoon at the home of her sister.
She was born Aug. 7, 1953 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Robert and Daisy Clair Proffit.
Vicki had worked as a waitress in several restaurants and had also worked at the West Main Marathon.
She is survived by one daughter and her father, Callie and Gary Rough of Hamilton; two grandchildren, Scotty and Kelcie; one sister, Linda (Phillip) Dunseith of Sardinia; one brother, Ben (Denise) Proffit of Hamilton; a special niece, Renee Sigmon of Celine, Mich.; and several additional nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert “Butch” Proffit, and one sister, Diana Tipton.
Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
