Troy Christopher Williams, 43, of Dayton, died Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the Grandview Hospital.
He was born Oct. 20, 1967, in Wilmington, a son of Emerson Williams and the late Patricia Lee (Goins) Williams.
He was a 25-year employee at the Hartzell Manufacturing Company in Miamisburg.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two brothers, Terence Mitchell Williams of Dayton and Tyson Neal Williams and his wife, Regina, of Vandalia; a sister, Tasha Blake of Dayton; six nieces and nephews, Asia, Tyson, Tiara and Devin Williams and Natalie and Norman Blake; nine aunts, Teresa Williams, Mary (Russell) Stewart, Peggy (Michael) Hudson, Jennifer (Ralph) Stewart, Betty Cowin, Claudia (Jimmy) Cowin, Donna Chavis, Vicki Burns and Nellie Zimmerman; two uncles, Lewis (Bonnie) Williams and Lewis (Carolyn) Goins; his best friend, Mark Schultz of Kettering and well as numerous cousins.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Julie Ann Williams.
In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated.
A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6 at the New Hope Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Pastor Michael Hudson will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6 at the church.
The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
