     Sherry Runyon, 64, a resident of Leesburg for over 31 years, passed away Monday evening in Wilmington. 
     She was born July 7, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
     She was a member of the Friends Church in Leesburg and a former Leesburg Council Member. She lived to help others and make people laugh and touched so many lives. She will be truly missed.
     She is survived by son & daughter-in-law Scott & Connie Runyon of Hillsboro; son Chris (Alissa) Runyon of Leesburg; daughter & son-in-law Brandy & Matt Lawrence of Cincinnati; her grandchildren Wesley Runyon, Kaylee Runyon, Ashtyn Runyon, Sean Allen, Shana Allen, Courtney Runyon, Katie Runyon, Emily Teeters, and Zackary Lawrence; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
     She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert and Dorothy McNeilan.
     A celebration of life will be held at the Leesburg Firehouse Community Room at 200 South Street in Leesburg on Saturday, May 15 from 4 pm - 8 pm.
