Sharon Gall, 63, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the home of her daughter with family by her side.
She was born Nov. 5, 1947 in Dayton, the daughter of Clarence W. and Mary Catherine Thompson Walker.
She had worked at the Hillsboro Wal-Mart and was active in the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, the V.F.W. and AMVETS.
She is survived by her daughter, Mindy (Bob) Payne of Hillsboro; her father, Clarence Walker of Hillsboro; her sister, Jenny Gall of Hillsboro; her brother Danny (Lori) Walker of Jackson; grandsons Chase and Xander Willoughby; brothers-in-law Tom (Ruby) Gall of Hillsboro and Vic (Carla) Gall of Berrysville; special friends Susan Milburn and Julie Martin, both of Hillsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Leo Kuhn will officiate. Committal services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family asks that donations be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O. Box 123, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
