Richard Wayne Wilson, 68, died Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Hospice of Middletown.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Sue Skeens Wilson. They were married Nov. 11, 1962, in Wilmington.
Mr. Wilson was born Feb. 15, 1943, in his home in Wilmington, the son of the late Ellen and Russell Wilson.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Schmelzer of Richwood and Carol Wilson of Washington Court House; four grandchildren, Courtney and Austin of Washington Court House and Jaron and Shaynna of Richwood; two brothers, Dale and Donald Wilson; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several half brothers and half sisters; and a son, Richard Wayne Wilson Jr.
No services will be held. His body was donated to Wright State University to help prevent future illnesses. Memorials may be sent to Bible Baptist Church, 55 Megan Drive, Wilmington, 45177.[[In-content Ad]]
