Paul Wayne Johnson, 51, of Hillsboro, died Monday evening, July 18, 2011 at his home.
He was born March 22, 1960 in Wilmington, the son of the late Edgar and Ruby Lynch Johnson.
Mr. Johnson had worked for over 20 years in the transport and set-up of mobile homes and had also worked for Airborne and DHL. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Williams Johnson, whom he had married on Sept. 2, 1983 in Hillsboro; two sons, Scott Johnson and Michael Wright, both of Columbus; two sisters, Wanda (Tom) Carley of Florida and Barbara Kelley of Hillsboro; two brothers, Mike (Vickie) Johnson of Midland and Randy Johnson of Hillsboro; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion, Rudy.
Memorial services will be held for the family at their residence. There will be no visitation.
