Paul E. Daniels, 71, of Hillsboro, died Saturday, May 7, 2011.

He was born Aug. 19, 1939 in Portsmouth, the son of the late James Wallace and Alta (Conkle) Daniels.

Paul was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Linda (Golden) Daniels; two sons, Jimmy Daniels of Columbus and Paul Daniels, Jr. of Hillsboro; one daughter, Paulette Daniels of Columbus; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
