Patricia A. Price, 74, of Hillsboro, died Sunday, May 8, 2011 at her home.
She was born March 17, 1938 near Louisville, Ky., the daughter of the late Robert and Louella Peckenpaul Skeeters.
Mrs. Price was a member of the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth L. Price, whom she had married on Aug. 3, 1953 in Liberty, Ind.; one daughter, Deborah (Roger) Marsh of Hillsboro; one son, Kenny A. Price of Hillsboro; six grandchildren, Michelle (Brian) Tracy of Sardinia, Taricia (Kirby) Lightfoot of Newport, Ky., Adam Marsh of Leesburg, Kenneth A. Price Jr. of Hillsboro, Joshua J. Price of Hillsboro, and Taylor A. Price of Hillsboro; four great-grandchildren, Sydney Marsh of Pensacola, Fla., Morgan Tracy and Ethan Tracy of Sardinia, and Lydia Lightfoot of Newport, Ky. and one half-sister, Sharon (Ron) Robinson of Louisville, Ky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Newman and Linda McAfee, and two brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Skeeters.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 11 at the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church. Roger Marsh will officiate. Friends may call on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church. The Turner & Son Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
