Leslie Howard Countryman

Leslie Howard Countryman, 78, departed this life on July 15, 2026 at the Gilbert Mercy Hospital in Arizona. 

He was born April 20, 1948 in Highland County, Ohio, the son of Charles and Elsie Shoemaker Countryman.

He served his country in the Army, worked in Engineering, and volunteered his time with the Boy Scouts of America.  

He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Osborn on June 6, 1975.

There are left to mourn his departure, his wife, Mary Ann Countryman of San Tan Valley, Ariz.; and three sons, Ron (Casey) Countryman of Milford, Ohio, Randy (Vickie) Countryman of San Diego, Calif., and David (Misty) Countryman of Mesa, Ariz.; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his sister, Linda Malott of Amelia, Ohio.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
