Jerry Dean Quickle, 60, of Hillsboro, died on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Highland District Hospital.

He was born in Highland County on June 25, 1952, the son of the late Roger Dean Quickle and Leotta (Edingfield) Quickle of Hillsboro.

He was retired from the Ohio National Guard.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deborah (Allen) Quickle of Hillsboro; three sons, Terry (Juile) Quickle of Hillsboro, Kennith (Kimberly) Quickle of Adams County and Kyle Quickle of Hillsboro; one brother, Jeff (Leann) Quickle of Hillsboro; and five grandchildren, Chelsey, Matthew, Sebastion, Kendra and Kennith.

Graveside service will be on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Dunkard Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 from noon until 1:30 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
