Garry L. Wright, 52, of Greenfield, died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born Sept. 25, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Earl Jackson and Thelma (Wilburn) Wright.
He was a retired construction worker and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his mother, Thelma Magrath, of Greenfield; two sons, Jon (Glenna) Wright of Centerfield, Ohio and Jason Wright of Washington C.H.; three grandchildren, Whitney Neeley, Jaren Wright, and Jastin Wright; and three brothers, Earl Dwayne Wright of Hamilton, Charles Edward Wright of Greenwood, Ind., and Louis Ray Barker of Greenfield.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009 at Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home in Greenfield. Following cremation, burial will be held at a later date in Sturgill Cemetery, Harold, Ky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
