Donna Gean Brigner, 76, of Hillsboro died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at her home.

She was born July 23, 1936 in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Thomas McGlone and Dora Gray (Bob) Sally.

Mrs. Brigner had been a dietician at the First Community Village in Columbus.

She is survived by five children, Vicki (Robert Hall) Hawkins of Lakeland, Fla., Kimberly (Billy) Brigner-Gavin of Columbus, Carl Douglas (Patty Young) Brigner of Columbus, Kelly (Chris) Robbins of Sunbury, and Mark Brigner of Hillsboro; 12 grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; one brother, Larry McGlone of Sidney; and one sister, Wanda.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Brigner; one brother, Gary McGlone; and one sister, Phyllis Grooms.

Mrs. Brigner had requested that she be cremated and her cremains be buried next to her husband at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus.

Memorials may be made to Adena Hospice, 111 West Water Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
