Deborah Kay Tomer, 52, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at her home.
She was born on June 9, 1960 in Greenfield, the daughter of Leonard and Elsie (Walls) Sova.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Tomer, whom she married on Sept. 1, 1985; two daughters, Crystal (Scott) Sterling and Sarah Tomer, both of Greenfield; one son, Jeremiah Sova of Hillsboro; eight grandchildren, Kaylin, Trevin, Makenzie, Mariah, Zane, Kailee, Jacob and Caleb; mother, Elsie Sova of Greenfield; six brothers, Ronnie (Betty) Sova of Leesburg, Eddie Sova of Greenfield, Robert (Danna) Sova of Florida, Richard (Debbie) Sova of Greenfield, James (Susan) Sova of Columbus and John McDonald of Akron; five sisters, Pat (Donnie) Woolard of Columbus, Brenda (Jim) Companotta of Columbus, Shirley Ferguson of Florida, Pam McDonald of Columbus and Shirley Kay McDonald of Akron; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Mae McDonald; and one niece, Angie Sova.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield, with burial to follow at the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday.
