Craig Allen Gibson, 33, of Hillsboro, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 at his residence.
He was born Jan. 18, 1977 in Hillsboro, the son of Fay and Connie Gregory Gibson.
He was a member of the Marshall Church of Christ. Craig was a 1995 graduate of Hillsboro High School, drove a truck for Fay Gibson Trucking, and had started Craig Gibson Trucking.
He is survived by his wife, Judith L. Dean Gibson; his parents, Fay and Connie Gibson of Hillsboro; children, Ciara Gibson, David Brown, Shelby Brown, Sara Brown, and Hayley Dean, all at home; siblings, Tom (Angie) Rhoads, Faye (Lisa) Gibson, Jr., Doug (Jennifer) Gibson and Gay Wullman; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Jerry Gregory, and his paternal grandparents, Kenner and Beatrice Gibson.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Tom Stoops of the Marshall Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home.
