Charles Franklin Benner, 75, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 at the home of his son.
 
He was born on Dec. 1, 1937 in Bainbridge, the son of Everett and Luellen (Weller) Benner.
 
He was a farmer all of his life, a 1957 graduate of Bainbridge High School and a member of Bainbridge United Methodist Church.
 
He is survived by one son, Michael (Teresa) Benner of Bainbridge; one daughter, Susan (George) Kidder of Logan; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Joy (George) Burke of Bainbridge; two brothers, Don (Marty) Benner and Ronald (Joyce) Benner, both of Bainbridge; mother, Luellen Benner of Greenfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda June (Everhart) Benner, on July 17, 2008; and his father, Everett Benner.
 
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Matt Brookes officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Friday until time of the service.
