Belinda Denise Hickey, 51, of Wilmington died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.

She was born Dec. 13, 1961 in Dayton, the daughter of Billie Jean Taylor Davidson of Lynchburg and the late Herbert Davidson.

Mrs. Hickey was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Lynchburg.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Zechariah Parks (Jennifer) Hickey of Ft. Knox, Ky., and Samuel Everett Hickey of Lynchburg; three grandchildren, Cassidy, James and Colin; three sisters, Teresa (Forest) Allen of Martinsville, Sandra Adams of Wilmington, and Lisa (Robert) Miller of Martinsville; two brothers, Kenneth Davidson of Wilmington, and Herbert (Vicki) Davidson of Lynchburg; and her fiancé, Michael McCarty, of Lynchburg.

Services will be noon Monday, Dec. 24 at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg. The Rev. Robert Miller will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery.

Friends may call on Monday from 10 a.m. until noon at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg.
