LEBANON – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred July 11, just before 3:30 a.m., on Greentree Road approximately 3 tenths of a mile east of state Route 741 in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County.

The preliminary investigation revealed a 2005 Honda Civic, operated by Stacey Mcintosh, 37, Lebanon, was traveling east on Greentree Road. The Honda failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected, traveled off the left side of the road, and struck a utility pole.

Mcintosh succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation at this time by the Lebanon Post.

The Patrol was assisted on scene by Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Turtlecreek Township Fire Department and EMS, Warren County Coroner’s Office, and Case Towing.
