Arrests/Citations

Andrew Conway, of Hillsboro, was cited for tampering with a water shut off.

Andrew McCutcheon, of Waverly, was arrested for failure to appear.

Robert Hill, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Offenses/Incidents

A business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road reported that a female was being disorderly.

A resident of the 200 block of Harry Sauner Road reported a trespass.

October 6

Arrests/Citations

Jessica York, of Hillsboro, was arrested for domestic violence.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of an identity fraud that occurred in the 100 block of Danville Pike. The incident is under investigation.

A report was received of a trespass that occurred in the 300 block of East Main Street. Charges are pending.

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 200 block of N. High Street. The incident is under investigation.

October 9

Arrests/Citations

Bobby Clifford, of Hillsboro, was arrested for unlawful restraint and assault.

David Jewell, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Jason Huffer, of Hillsboro, was arrested for criminal trespass.
