Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Dec. 27

A resident of the 6600 block of state Route 753 reported trash dumped on their property. After investigation, Hayden Knisley, 18, of Hillsboro, and Elizabeth Wright, 19, of Hillsboro, were each charged with littering.

Dec. 28

A Resident of 400 block of Limerick Drive, Lynchburg, reported receiving threats. After investigation, the report was determined to be unfounded.

Donald T. Holt, 61, of Hillsboro, parole violation.

Brad S. Kelch, 46, of Hillsboro, probation violation.
