Dec. 24
 
A deputy while on patrol in Clay Twp. observed a Ford Ranger traveling southbound on state Route 134 crossing the center line. After conducting a traffic stop, it was determined that the driver, identified as Michael L Chapman, 43, of Sardinia was impaired. Chapman was placed under arrest and charged with OVI, driving under suspension and failing to display a license plate.

Dec. 25
 
A resident of New Vienna reported a case of road rage that occurred on Dec. 22 on Mad River Road in Union Twp. A deputy spoke with all parties involved. After investigation, no charges were issued.
A deputy responded to the 6600 block of Park Lane after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined a female assaulted a family member who declined charges.

Jesse W. Howland, 47, of Hillsboro, contempt of court.
