Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HSCO.

Dec. 20

Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Holiday Way after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Jason R. Love, 52, of Hillsboro was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Dec. 21

A resident of the 1300 block of Locust Road reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to be a verbal altercation. One of the parties left prior to the deputy’s arrival. No charges issued.

A deputy responded to the 7500 block of Mad River Road after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to have been a verbal altercation, parties had separated. No charges issued.

Deputies responded to the 4500 block of Washburn Road after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Hannah S Tapp, 20 of Batavia and Bradley M. Kennedy, 24, of Hillsboro were both arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Dec. 22
 
A deputy conducted a traffic stop on Carford Pike and Foraker Street in Madison Twp. A juvenile was cited for no driver's license and no turn signal.
