Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents were reported by the HCSO.

July 6 

A resident of the 6100 block of E New Market Road reported telecommunication harassment.

A deputy responded to the 3000 block of Beltz Road after of a report of a disorderly male. This incident is currently under investigation.

A resident of the 14000 block of Barrett Mill Road reported fraud.

A deputy responded to the 8700 block of Stoney Point Rd after a report of a runaway juvenile. After investigation, the juvenile was located in Ross County and was returned to his residence.

A resident of the 100 block of Forest Avenue, Leesburg, reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, the incident was a verbal altercation that resulted in no charges, parties separated.

July 7

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Centerfield Rd after a report of a theft.

A deputy responded to the 3200 block of State Route 41 after a report of theft.

Monica E. Aparicio, 31, of Bloomingburg, invalid plate. 

Dylan E. Jeffries, 34, of Leesburg, disorderly conduct.

Levi D. Moberly, 25, of Lynchburg, pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Wesley A. Howard, 33, of Martinsville, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
