Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by HCSO.                                 

Sept. 1
 
A resident of the 4200 block of Buck Run Rd reported a theft.

A deputy responded to the 5100 block of Line Rd after a report of criminal damaging.

A deputy while on patrol at the Highland County Fair was advised a juvenile had taken money from a tip jar at a concession. The juvenile was located and confessed to taking the money. After returning the money to the concession, the juvenile was trespassed from the fairgrounds, no charges issued.

Sept. 2

A deputy responded to the 3800 block of Sharpsville Road after a report of a vehicle partially submerged in a pond. After investigation, it was determined the vehicle was reported stolen from Clinton County.

A resident of the 7000 block of Wagon Wheel Trl. reported fraud.

Kimberly A. Steele, 66, of Hillsboro, disorderly conduct.

Mason W. Steele, 22, of Hamersville, disorderly conduct.
