Highland County Common Pleas Court to open Jan. 7; grand jury moved to Jan. 14

Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss has advised that since the Level 3 snow emergency has been lowered to a Level 2, Highland County Common Pleas Court will be open Jan. 7, but grand jury is continued to Jan. 14.
