Greenfield Village Council public hearing July 6 to address zoning code

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Greenfield will hold a public hearing on July 6 7 p.m. in Council Chambers, 300 Jefferson Street, Greenfield, to consider proposed amendments to the text of the Village Zoning Code.

The proposed amendments would do the following:

Revise the definition of Neighborhood Suburban to include a minimum lot size of 5,001 square feet and maximum lot coverage of no more than 45%; and

Amend Section 1105.27(b)(4) of the zoning code to change the restrictions on the construction on residential garages within Village limits. 

A complete copy of the proposed amendment is on file with the Office of the Village Clerk and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.

This notice is provided pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 713.12, requiring publication at least 30 days prior to the public hearing.
